And that is true. “In Costa Rica, the majority of those who decide to build a home have money, but no judgment”.     The common thing among the Japanese, Latin American, North American and Mediterranean architecture, is the importance and priority given to the site and the costumer's own culture; the adjustment of techniques and availability of materials in the specific site. From this foundation, we determine the construction technique (materials, productive processes) the functions (use, activities, needs, habits, comfort standards, equipment and facilities) and the conditions of the site, this is our task to please our customer.

    We also have the latest technology available in computer design which allows us to generate plans that are totally coordinated with the different consultants, as well as provide details in any scale for presentation purposes, or clearing up details during the construction process. Also, periodical meetings are programmed with all the professionals in the firm, to evaluate and monitor all the projects, no matter what stage they are in, which helps us to reinforce our concepts.

    All of our designs follow the United States standards applicable (NFPA, FM, IRI, etc.). The equipment and materials used are approved by Factory Mutual and/or the UL lists.
